House Update

Hello!

Great News!! The Appraisal has come in and it is right where we need it to be to complete the sale of our home! Yeah!!! So, it is just now a matter of going to closing. We have had a slight glitch in the fact that the Lender (not the buyer, the buyers are AWESOME!) is now demanding a new survey and this is a minor set back to us. We were hoping to use the little amount of money from the sale during the transition between jobs and to help with the move. Since money was in short supply before, this makes it even shorter! But, God is faithful and we know that it will work out according to His plan!
I think that the biggest lesson that we are learning through this process is that it isn't up to us! Thank you for your continued support and prayer.

The pods have been ordered. They arrive on the 20th and then they head to MS. They don't arrive until June 2nd! So, we will be with only our pups and our suitcases for a bit. It will be quite the adventure! :-)
